Your Content

Generated Images & AI Disclaimer

You may use images generated for your account for personal or commercial purposes. Because generated content is inherently variable, we do not guarantee specific results, quality, accuracy, uniqueness, or suitability for any purpose. Due to the nature of generative AI, outputs may not be unique across all users; you acknowledge that PetImages.AI does not provide exclusive rights to any specific generated image and that other users may generate similar content. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using or sharing them.

Prohibited Use

You may not use the Services for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, harmful, or infringing purposes. You must only upload content you have the right to use. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe these Terms have been violated.

Refunds & Preview Acceptance

Results are subjective. By approving the preview in the design interface, you acknowledge that the final product will match the preview shown. Consequently, requests for refunds based on likeness or aesthetic preference will not be accepted once a purchase has been confirmed. We may, at our discretion, issue refunds, credits, or replacements in cases of technical errors, duplicate charges, or service failures.

Fulfillment & Third-Party Goods

All physical goods are fulfilled by third-party partners. We are not responsible for shipping delays, customs fees, or manufacturing defects caused by our third-party fulfillment providers. We will assist you in coordinating with the provider to resolve damaged or defective items.

Availability and Storage

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, permanent storage, or ongoing access to content. You are responsible for saving any content you wish to keep.

Disclaimer and Liability

The Services are provided "as is." To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, or USD $50, whichever is greater.
